Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney surged in the polls after debating President Barack Obama for the first time. The stakes are high in the second debate, as polls show Obama's lead shrinking in key states.
The two candidates will face off in a town hall-style debate moderated by CNN's Candy Crowley on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 9 p.m. Questions about foreign and domestic policy will be asked.
