In their final head-to-head meeting before the Nov. 8 election, President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will debate on foreign-policy issues beginning at 9 p.m. Monday at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.
As with the previous two presidential debates and the vice-presidential debate, all sponsored by the Commission on Presidential Debates, Patch invites readers to add their observations and opinions via this Cover It Live chat, which will go live at 8 p.m.
The format of the debate is the same as the Oct. 3 debate, with opening statements and a moderator opening each segment with a question followed by two-minute responses from the candidates.

See you at 8 p.m. Monday!
