Nov. 19

Debony D. Hayes, 28, of 510 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, in connection with a criminal call on Taylor Rd., 6:44 a.m.

Jason Y. Perez, 38, of 41 Ruggles St., Roxbury, MA, was charged with 4th-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit 4th-degree larceny, on a 2000 warrant, 9:52 a.m.

Nathan T. Snape, 36, of 14-B Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with cruelty to animals, on a 2012 warrant, 8:30 p.m. 

Raymond S. Moule, 29, of 30 Brandywine, Suffield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2010 warrant, 11:40 p.m.

Nov. 20

Jose P. Fonseca, Jr., 22, of 57-B Church St., Enfield, was charged with criminal attempt to commit 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 1:45 a.m.

Brendan P. Sullivan, 27, of 28-B Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 3:49 a.m.

Ritt G. Cervantes, 25, of 28 Scott Ave., East Windsor, was charged with operating under suspension and 2nd-degree failure to appear, in connection with a traffic violation on Elm St. and on an out-of-town warrant, 11:40 a.m.

Kathryn A. Medeiros, 34, of 46 Pearl Dr., Vernon, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Motel 6 on Hazard Ave., 11:11 p.m.
