Nicholas J. Roth, 28, of 40 Sunset Dr., Somers, was charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit, in connection with a traffic violation on Hazard Ave. and Taylor Rd., 3:20 a.m.
Kyle Mitchell, 28, of 44 Belle Ave., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Shop Rite on Hazard Ave., 2:16 p.m.

Kyle A. Stewart, 32, of 47 Stearns St., Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit 2nd-degree forgery (two counts), 5th-degree larceny (two counts) and conspiracy to commit 5th-degree larceny (two counts), on a pair of 2006 warrants, 1:50 a.m.
Marcus L. Jackson, 34, of no certain address, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Best Buy on Elm St., 4:12 p.m.
